our PRACTICES

SOIL HEALTH first

We farm without tilling so soil life can thrive and carbon stays in the ground. Healthy soil holds water, supports biodiversity, and grows nutrient-dense food. When the soil is cared for, the rest follows.

Not everyone needs to farm, but everyone should know their farmer. We believe food is better when you know who grows it and where it comes from. Regenerative farming isn’t just how we steward the land - it’s how we show up for our community.

Feeding the Community

We’re building a farm system where resources are reused rather than wasted. Nutrients, water, and materials are cycled back into the land whenever possible. One example: reusing vegetable wash water to create compost that returns back to the soil.

slo food

We want people to know exactly how their food is grown. Every input—seed, compost, fertilizer—has a source and a purpose. We’re open about our practices because we believe thats how all food systems operate: with nothing to hide.
